Applications for DS
systems would include aerospace facilities, microprocessor and
pharmaceutical manufacturing. The DS system is a 2" wide heavy duty
extruded grid system which is hung from rod and turnbuckle.
All DS systems are factory gasketed which eliminates labor intensive
field gasketing. Gasket ends are protected with a release sheet during
shipping which should be removed during installation to ensure a
complete seal at component intersections. The pressure resulting from
the load of the panel, filter and light creates a seal between the
surfaces of the gasket joint.
The DS system is designed to independently support the HEPA or ULPA
filter units and other standard ceiling components which allows easy
access to equipment located above the ceiling. Available in both clear
anodized and powder coat white, DS systems can also be factory
fabricated to specified module sizes. |
