Horizontal Laminar Flow
Efficient, economical unit is designed for tabletop use as a single
unit or can be placed side-by-side. 3/4" high density novaply, white
high-pressure plastic laminate on exposed surfaces sealed to prevent
shedding of particulates and contamination adherence. Also available
in 16 ga. cold rolled steel, painted white enamel. 1/4" clear acrylic
side panels and canopyon all units. We offer the only unit in the
industry with work zone definition.
1" thick prefilter, 30% efficient NBS. Removable HEPA final filter,
99.99% efficient 0.3 µ and larger.
Less than 100 particles per cu.ft. 0.3 µ and larger. Meets or exceeds
Federal Standard 209. Class 100 conditions.
High capacity for forward curved blowers with direct drive blower
motor(s). Statically and dynamically balanced, designed to maintain
constant air flow without speed controls or belt adjustment to twice
the clean filter resistance. 115V, 1 phase 60 Hz. one outlet above
canopy, 6' cord, 3-prong plug. 90 FPM ± 20%. Noise level conforms to
OSHA standards or better.
DOP test port: 1/4" NPT plug to facilitate sampling of upstream
concentration (option). |
