Laminar Flow
Designed for ultra dust-free conditions for production and laboratory
requirements. Exceeds all applicable military, commercial and medical
specifications. Protects operator from toxic fumes or harmful
dust by utilizing an air curtain across the opening. Air curtain
prevents introduction of contaminants from the surrounding air into
work area.
No side fittings or protrusions. Easy end-to-end installation with
optional acrylic removable side panels. Perforated stainless steel
work surface.
3/4" high density novaply, white high-pressure plastic laminate on
exposed surfaces. Interior surfaces sealed to prevent shedding of
particulates. Also available in 16 ga. cold steel, painted white
enamel or or stainless steel. Two pieces, base unit and fume hood, for
easy installation. Available in either exhaust or recirculating
models. optional damper available to change to either mode easily,
acrlic side panels or magnahelic gauge.

HEPA filters 99.99% efficient on particles
0.3 µ or larger. Prefilter 1" dust guard NBS, pre-tested and
certified. Meets or exceeds all Federal Standard 209. Class 100
conditions. High capacity forward curved blowers with direct drive
blower motor, statically and dynamically balanced. Designed to
maintain constant air flow without speed control or belt adjustment to
twice the clean filter resistance. 115V, single phase, 60 Hz. Separate
on/off switch for light and blower. Junction box or 6' cord with
3-prong plug provided. 90 FPM ± 20%. Fluorsecent, 125 ft. candle, at
work surface ± 20 ft. candle, based on color/material. Noise level
conforms to OSHA standards or better.
DOP test port: 1/4" NPT plug to facilitate sampling of upstream
concentration (option). Optional interior linings. |
